• Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation.

• Order Verification: In rare cases, orders may require additional verification. We will contact you via email or phone if any issues arise. During this period, your order will not be shipped until verification is complete.


2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

• Primary Carriers: We ship exclusively within the U.S. using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier used will depend on the destination and selected shipping option.

• Shipping Options:

• Standard Shipping: Reliable delivery within 3–7 business days.

• Expedited Shipping: Faster delivery, typically within 2–3 business days.

• Overnight Shipping: Available for orders placed before our daily cutoff time (see “Cutoff Time” below), with next-business-day delivery.


3. Cutoff Times & Dispatch

• Daily Cutoff Time: Orders received by 3:00 PM EST are processed the same business day. Orders received after this time will be processed on the next business day.

• Dispatch Confirmation: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.


4. Shipping Rates & Fees

• Flat-Rate Shipping: We offer a competitive flat-rate shipping fee for all standard deliveries within the U.S.

• Free Shipping Threshold: Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $100.

• Additional Charges: Expedited and overnight shipping options incur additional fees, which will be clearly outlined at checkout.

• Tax & Surcharges: Applicable sales taxes will be calculated based on the shipping address and added to your order total.


5. Delivery Times

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days from dispatch.

• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days from dispatch.

• Overnight Shipping: Next-business-day delivery for orders meeting the cutoff criteria.

• Delays: While we strive for timely delivery, unforeseen delays due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or holidays may occur. We appreciate your understanding and will keep you informed of any delays.


6. Order Tracking

• Tracking Information: Upon shipment, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website. You can use this information to monitor your order’s progress.

7. Shipping Restrictions

• Domestic U.S. Only: We currently ship exclusively within the 50 U.S. states and Washington, D.C. Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping to U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.

• Address Accuracy: Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate. SLEGNA NELLAF is not responsible for delays or misdelivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.


8. Lost or Damaged Shipments

• Inspection Upon Delivery: Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your package is damaged or if items are missing, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

• Claims Process: We will work with the carrier to resolve any issues. In cases of confirmed loss or damage, SLEGNA NELLAF will either ship a replacement or issue a refund at our discretion.
